Coastline

This is another variation on the theme of change.

​

A place where evolution of the landscape is at its most dramatic is the coastline.  It can be during the days of bad weather with storms that erosion happens at a faster pace and is more obvious, but at the same time there is an element of serenity and calmness at the coast.

​

It is this contrast that is most striking.  There is evidence of strong and violent storms, but when viewed on days that are calm gives this sense of serenity an oddness that doesn't quite fit.
